Medium high hillside 300-400 metres above sea level with south east exposure. Marls clayey and calcareous, alternated by sand. Magallo is a special selection made with grapes that come from a single vineyard in Treiso. The grapes are harvested by hand in the first 10 days of October. Traditional fermentation for an average of 10 to 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maturation in large slavonian oak barrels for at least 3 years. The wine is then bottled and left to mature for a minimum of 6 months.
