Jeb Dunnuck, reviewing the 2024 vintage, put it best declaring them "One of the stalwarts of the appellation, Château de Beaucastel continues to produce an incredible array of wines from their estate on the northwestern edge of the appellation...As usual, this brilliant family never puts a foot wrong."

The Cuvée Roussanne Vieilles Vignes is, quite simply, in a category of its own among white Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Drawn entirely from a three-hectare parcel of Roussanne planted in 1909, only around 6,000 bottles are produced in any given vintage.

"Undeniably one of the world's greatest dry white wines, the 2025 Châteauneuf Du Pape Roussanne Vieilles Vignes comes from a single parcel of very old vines not far from the château in the northern part of the appellation, and as always, it's all Roussanne aged in demi-muids. Take the classic cuvée and turn the volume up and you have this. White currants, honeyed orange, toasted spice, and chalky minerality all emerge from the glass, and it's medium to full-bodied, pure, focused, and vibrant on the palate, with a balanced style, clean acidity, and a great finish. It's a blockbuster that's going to gain richness over the coming couple of years and keep for 20+ years. Drink 2026-2046." 99
- Jeb Dunnuck (10/2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0092/1419/7817/files/Chateau_de_Beaucastel_Roussannes_Vieilles_Vignes_Blanc_2025_1787046230_1024.png?v=1793904930
https://thewineclub.com/products/2025-chateau-de-beaucastel-chateauneuf-du-pape-blanc-cuvee-roussanne-vieilles-vignes-750ml
