Dosage is around 7g\/L\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eReview for 2021 base:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\"The Terroirs bottling of Blanc de Blancs from Jean-Étienne and Jean-Emmanuel Bonnaire is made entirely from fruit in their parcels in the three grand cru villages of Oiry, Cramant and Chouilly. The vins clairs are raised in stainless steel, go through full malolactic fermentation and the wine is aged fully three years on its fine lees prior to disgorgement and a finishing dosage of four grams per liter. The current release is from the base year of 2021 and was disgorged in February of 2025. The wine delivers a very refined bouquet of apple, pear, almond, brioche, a lovely base of chalky soil tones and a topnote of apple blossoms. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and nicely racy, with a superb core of fruit, excellent soil undertow, elegant mousse and a long, youthfully complex and very nicely balanced finish. Four grams per liter of dosage does not go as far with young Côte des Blancs chardonnay as it does with pinot noir or pinot meunier, so this is still a tad youthful for those who are not died in the wool low dosage fans.
