2017 Ettore Germano Barolo Cerretta (750ml) Pre-Arrival

Sergio Germano and his wife Elena Bonelli farm throughout Serralunga d'Alba in the Cerretta, Prapò and Lazzarito crus. Their farming is certified organic and all the wines are made following local traditions. The winery is still run in its entirety by the Germano family from cultivation, winemaking and sale of their wine.

Showing its Serralunga pedigree, the palate is youthfully austere but incredibly refined, delivering ripe raspberry, Morello cherry and licorice along with hints of coffee bean and hazelnut.
