WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO A PERSON WHO IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM THE WINE WILL BE DELIVERED TO IS ALSO 21 YEARS OLD. At the time of delivery, all shipments containing alcohol require the signature of an adult who must show identification proving he or she is at least 21 years old.
Shipping to a BUSINESS ADDRESS is strongly recommended, since an adult signature is required at time of delivery.
SHIPPING WAIVER AUTHORIZATION: When placing an order, you herby authorize The Wine Club to ship your wine via a third party carrier and are aware of the risks of damage due to varying weather conditions. If the wine is damaged from heat, cold, or any other weather condition The Wine Club will not be held responsible.
