Age Requirement & Delivery: Wine may only be sold and delivered to persons 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that both you and the intended recipient are at least 21. An adult signature and valid government-issued ID are required at the time of delivery — no exceptions. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address to ensure someone is available to sign.
Shipping Waiver Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize The Wine Club to ship via a third-party carrier. Wine may be exposed to varying weather conditions during transit, and The Wine Club is not responsible for damage caused by heat, cold, or other environmental factors. To best protect your wine, we always recommend selecting express shipping.
Shipping Dates: The shipping date selected at checkout is the date your order leaves our facility — not your estimated delivery date. Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking notification at the email address on file.
